    Love what you write – you are right on about the lemon water you just posted. Would add, if I may, that adding about 1/2 teaspoon of RAW, UNPROCESSED HONEY adds additional detox benefits. When honey is raw and unprocessed, the glycemic index is 35 rather than blended honeys purchased in the store that are around 85 on the index scale and are essentially just pure sugar.

    Keep up the GREAT work – I’m a FAN! Love those two turtles. 🙂
